Focus CA Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Get rewarded for growing the Focus CA Family! Refer a friend’s restaurant or bar and receive a Referral Bonus when they sign up for Focus CA. Please review the legal terms below before submitting a referral.
These Terms and Conditions apply to Focus CA’s Referral Program. By submitting a referral for a restaurant or otherwise participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Focus CA’s Privacy Policy.

Program Eligibility
Who is Eligible to Participate?
Any existing Focus CA clients, friends, and individuals who refer a restaurant or bar to Focus CA through the online referral form or in writing (via e-mail) to a Focus CA team member may be eligible to receive a $650 Referral Bonus.
Who is Not Eligible to Participate?
All company-wide Focus CA employees
Restaurant owners, operators, or business decision makers who refer their own restaurants
Franchisors who are responsible for making POS purchasing decisions for its franchise group who currently have at least one franchisee operating on a Focus CA system.
Referral Requirements
Subject to these Terms, for each “Referral” that meets the following criteria, you will receive the applicable Referral Bonus listed below. A “Referral” is a restaurant that:
is referred to Focus CA either through the online referral form, or in writing (via email) to an existing Focus CA team member, verbal referrals are unable to be verified and will not be accepted;
is not an existing lead in the Focus CA system (Focus CA reserves the right to determine the original lead source. Exceptions may be made, in Focus CA’s sole discretion, if the referral has not been contacted by Focus CA for at least 6 months); and
has entered into a 36-month Merchant Contract and Master Subscription Agreement with Focus CA, including a contingency agreement to process all transactions through Focus Pay.
Referral Bonuses
A Referral Bonus of $650 will be issued for each Referral, and mailed to the Referrer’s mailing address.
The Referrer must complete an electronic W9 form before a Referral Bonus can be issued.
Referral Bonuses will be issued to the individual Referrer in the form of a paper check sent to the address provided on the W9 form.
Limit to one Referral Bonus per restaurant brand or group.
There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can submit, or eligible Referral Bonuses an individual can receive, while the Referral Program is active.
Focus CA will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a Referral is eligible for a Referral Bonus.
Modifications
Focus CA reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Referral Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice, however we will employ reasonable efforts to post a notice on the referral website.
