Focus CA Partner Program Terms and Conditions
Connect your clients with the latest in restaurant management solutions, grow your business portfolio, and drive revenue when you become a Focus CA Partner! Refer restaurants or bars to Focus CA and receive a Referral Bonus when they sign up. Please review the legal terms below before signing up or submitting a referral.
These Terms and Conditions apply to Focus CA’s Partner Program. By submitting a referral for a restaurant or otherwise participating in the Partner Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Focus CA’s Privacy Policy.

Program Eligibility
Who is Eligible to Participate?
Any businesses, organizations, and individuals who currently service a network of restaurants or bars via consulting, supplying, distributing, and/or accounting can sign up to be a Focus CA Partner. Once the partnership has been activated by a Focus CA team member, all Partners will be eligible to receive a Referral Bonus when they refer a restaurant or bar in writing (via e-mail) to a Focus CA team member.
Who is Not Eligible to Participate?
All company-wide Focus CA employees
Restaurant or bar owners, operators, and business decision makers who refer their own restaurants
Restaurant or bar owners, operators, franchisors, and business decision makers who do not service a network of restaurants or bars via consulting, supplying, distributing, and/or accounting
Referral Requirements
Subject to these Terms, for each “Referral” that meets the following criteria, you will receive the applicable Referral Bonus listed below. A “Referral” is a restaurant that:
is referred by a certified Partner who has activated their partnership and completed the necessary onboarding procedures required by the Focus CA Partner Program;
is referred to Focus CA in writing (via email) to an existing Focus CA team member, verbal referrals are unable to be verified and will not be accepted;
is not an existing lead in the Focus CA system (Focus CA reserves the right to determine the original lead source. Exceptions may be made, in Focus CA’s sole discretion, if the referral has not been contacted by Focus CA for at least 6 months); and
has entered into a Merchant Contract with Focus CA, including a contingency agreement to process all transactions through Focus Pay and any other applicable conditions stated on the promotion by which the Referral was made.
Referral Bonuses
A Referral Bonus of 15% of the initial Merchant Contract revenue amount will be issued for each Referral, and mailed to the Referrer’s mailing address.
The Referrer must complete an electronic W9 form before a Referral Bonus can be issued.
Referral Bonuses will be issued to the individual Referrer in the form of a paper check sent to the address provided on the W9 form.
Limit to one Referral Bonus per restaurant brand or group.
There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can submit, or eligible Referral Bonuses an individual can receive, while the Partner Program is active.
Focus CA will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a Referral is eligible for a Referral Bonus.
Modifications
Focus CA reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Partner Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice, however we will employ reasonable efforts to post a notice on the referral website.
