Legal use agreement between Focus POS Systems (producers of Focus POS software) and any users of the aforementioned application.

Helpdesk Services Agreement
Legal agreement between Focus POS California and any clients possessing a Helpdesk Service Agreement, Focus Service Agreement or FocusCloud Subscription.

Menu Maintenance Agreement
Agreement between Focus POS California and all clients possessing a Focus Menu Maintenance Agreement, or obtaining menu programming services from Focus POS California.

Hardware & Equipment Maintenance Services Agreement
Legal agreement between Focus POS California and all clients obtaining POS Hardware and/or Equipment Services, including but not limited to equipment replacement, physical and virtual equipment servicing and equipment repair. Applies to clients without active Focus Service Agreements.
